Once your repair has been done we will delivery your repaired unit back to you for FREE using DPD next day delivery service, we will also text or email you the hour on which it will arrive

How can I return my iPod/iPhone back for repair?

You have two options we can either collect the iPod from you or you can return the iPod/iPhone back to us using your own method like Royal Mail

See below details on how to do both:

	Add the DPD Collection to your basket along with the repair you are requesting. (If you cannot see this it will be in Popular Extras when you add this repair to the Basket
	Once your order has gone through our team will contact you within the hour to book the collection with you.

	Royal Mail, we recommend that you send this back to us using a signed for service, so you have proof of delivery. Also have your item insured so if lost you can claim back on your item
	You will also need to attatch a repair reference to your package, this will be sent to you once the order has been placed.
